Where we act as an intermediary, refunds are subject to supplier approval and processing.
2. Flight Bookings
Airline tickets follow the airline’s fare rules. Many fares are non-refundable, while others may allow partial refunds with cancellation penalties.
- Refund amounts and timelines are determined by the airline.
- Changes and cancellations may incur airline fees and/or fare differences.
3. Accommodation
Accommodation refunds depend on the property’s cancellation policy and the time of cancellation relative to check-in. Policies may include free cancellation windows or penalty charges.
4. Packages & Additional Services
Tour packages, transfers, activities, and add-ons are subject to supplier terms. Certain services may be non-refundable once confirmed.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please provide:
- Your booking reference
- Your full name and contact details
- The reason for the refund request
We will submit your request to the supplier and keep you updated. Approval is not guaranteed.
6. Processing Times
Once approved, refunds typically take 7–30 business days depending on supplier and payment method. International suppliers may take longer.
7. Non-Refundable Fees
Some fees may be non-refundable, including:
- Service or admin fees (where applicable)
- Supplier cancellation penalties
- Non-reversible taxes or charges (depending on supplier rules)
